In a nutshell

Established in the year 2002, Ensemble Infrastructure India Limited started with providing interior contract services for its customers in Mumbai. However, the interior contracting business was perceived as purely implementation work and the company was seen as a contractor/vendor. The firm had plans to move up in the value chain by providing interior architecture design and also design-build along with high end office furniture and ready to use retail fit-outs.

What we did

Brand Harvest conducted a research among architects, clients, suppliers and key influencers to identify the key role and the significance of an interior-contracting firm. Research revealed that implementation of design is 90% of the work and most clients and architects believe that an interior contracting firm brings alive the design concept. In fact, many a times they value add. The opportunity was to reposition the status of a vendor into a dynamic enterprise driven by creativity.

The interiors of an office in particular “Stimulate a work environment”, and considering that Ensemble was moving into design build, it would be better equipped to occupy this positioning and gain advantage.
